Job summary

Greystar seeks a leasing and marketing coordinator to drive occupancy across a Garden community. You will greet prospects, conduct tours, process applications, and manage renewals while coordinating with maintenance to ensure move-in readiness.

You will implement marketing plans, respond to inquiries, and use OneSite/Yardi to track data and show units. This role requires a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Greet and qualify prospects, conduct community tours, process applications and screening.
• Coordinate lease renewals and maintain resident satisfaction throughout occupancy.
• Develop and implement marketing plans to sustain occupancy and revenue.

Responsibilities

• Perform all sales and leasing activities to achieve revenue and occupancy goals.
• Inspect units and coordinate maintenance to ensure move-in readiness.
• Monitor market conditions and adapt marketing plans accordingly.
• Design and execute activities to drive traffic and leasing inquiries.
• Utilize property management software to track availability and data.
• Ensure show units meet company standards and prepare leasing office daily.
