Job summary

The NRP Group is hiring a Leasing Specialist to maximize occupancy through prospecting, tours, and seamless move-ins at our Arizona property. You will network locally, promote resident retention, and coordinate exceptional customer service.

Ideal candidates have 1 year of customer service or sales experience, strong computer skills, and familiarity with Yardi and Microsoft Office. On-site role with competitive benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• 1 year of customer service or sales experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent; college preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; Yardi experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct leasing activities, answer calls, give tours, and coordinate move-ins.
• Perform market surveys and assess competitors’ offerings.
• Suggest marketing programs and initiatives for on-site activity.
• Develop merchant/neighborhood referral programs and move-in packets.
• Initiate sales outreach and support communication with stakeholders.
• Ensure leasing metrics align with policies and occupancy goals.
