Job summary

The NRP Group LLC is seeking a Leasing Specialist at our Arkansas properties to maximize occupancy and deliver outstanding resident experiences. You will conduct property tours, respond to inquiries, coordinate move-ins, and implement on-site marketing strategies.

This role also involves processing applications, fees, and leases, maintaining curb appeal, and coordinating with on-site teams to meet occupancy and service standards while adhering to housing regulations.

Qualifications

• 1 year of customer service or sales experience.
• Education: High school diploma or equivalent; college preferred.
• Tax Credit Specialist accreditation preferred.
• Strong computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office; Yardi experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct all leasing activities at the property, respond to inquiries, give tours, and coordinate move-ins.
• Perform market surveys and assess competitor shops.
• Develop and monitor on-site marketing activity and referral programs.
• Maintain property appearance, supervise renewals, and ensure occupancy targets.
• Process applications, fees, security deposits, rents, and notices.
• Provide excellent customer service and support resident functions and events.
