Qualifikationen

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent; college preferred; Tax Credit Specialist (TCS) accreditation preferred.
• Experience: 1 year of customer service or sales experience.
• Technical Skills: Strong computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office, Yardi Experience preferred.
• Other Requirements: Reliable transportation for essential job functions.

Aufgaben

• Conduct all leasing activities at the property, including tours, inquiries, and move-ins.
• Perform telephone market surveys and visits to competitors.
• Develop and monitor on-site marketing and referral programs.
• Initiate sales outreach and coordinate communication with residents and prospects.
• Maintain files and ensure compliance with Fair Housing and occupancy guidelines.
• Assist with application fees, security deposits, rents, and move-in paperwork.
• May occasionally assist at other properties.
• Ensure property is presentable and curb appeal is maintained.
