Job summary

The NRP Group LLC is seeking a Leasing Specialist to maximize occupancy at our properties. You will conduct tours, respond to inquiries, and coordinate move-ins while delivering excellent customer service and maintaining accurate records.

Ideal candidates have 1 year of customer service or sales experience, a HS diploma or equivalent, and familiarity with property management systems (Yardi preferred). The position is on-site with opportunities for growth within a respected multifamily developer

Qualifications

• 1 year of customer service or sales experience (or relevant education).
• High school diploma or equivalent; college preferred.
• Tax Credit Specialist (TCS) accreditation preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lease apartments, conduct tours, and process move-ins.
• Promote resident retention and respond to inquiries.
• Maintain property files and ensure compliance with housing laws.
• Coordinate marketing activities and community referrals.
• Support renewals and notices to vacate.
