The NRP Group is seeking a Leasing Specialist for the Cora property. Under the Community Manager, you will maximize occupancy by generating qualified traffic, networking in the local community, scheduling tours, securing rentals, and delivering exceptional customer service.

Requirements include a high school diploma (college preferred) and about 1 year of customer service or sales experience. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Yardi is a plus; reliable transportation is required.
