The NRP Group is hiring a Leasing Specialist for our brand-new Radley lease-up property. Under the Community Manager, you will maximize occupancy by generating qualified traffic, scheduling tours, and securing leases while ensuring resident retention and exceptional service.

Ideal candidates have 1 year of customer service or sales experience, strong Microsoft Office skills, and knowledge of LIHTC regulations. This on-site role offers opportunities for growth and advancement.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; college preferred.
• 1 year of customer service or sales experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; Yardi experience preferred.
• Reliable transportation.

Responsabilités

• Conduct all leasing activities at the property, provide tours, follow up with prospects, coordinate move-ins.
• Perform telephone market surveys and physical shops of competitors.
• Recommend strategies and programs for on-site marketing activity.
• Develop and monitor merchant/neighborhood referral programs for move-in packets and newsletters.
• Initiate sales outreach plans including development, community management, and internal/external communication.
• Recommend programs to increase qualified traffic and closing ratios.
• Maintain shop scores and closing ratios per policy.
• Maintain knowledge of LIHTC program and assist with file compliance.
