The NRP Group LLC is hiring a Leasing Specialist for a new lease-up property in the area. This role focuses on maximizing occupancy by attracting qualified traffic, conducting property tours, and coordinating move-ins.

You will work under the Community Manager to ensure exceptional customer service, maintain curb appeal, and uphold leasing standards. Prior sales or customer service experience is valued.

Formación

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent, college preferred, Tax Credit Specialist (TCS) accreditation preferred.
• Experience: 1-year customer service or sales experience (or relevant education).
• Technical Skills: Strong computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office, Yardi Experience preferred.
• Other Requirements: Reliable transportation for essential job functions.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct all leasing activities at the property, responding to inquiries, giving tours, following up with prospects, and coordinating move-ins.
• Perform telephone market surveys and competitive shops.
• Develop and monitor on-site marketing activity and referral programs.
• Process and report application fees, security deposits, rents, and other fees.
• Inspect market ready units and ensure show-ready condition.
• May assist at other properties as needed.
