Job summary

The NRP Group is seeking a Leasing Specialist to lead leasing activities at our properties, conduct tours, and manage move-ins while delivering exceptional customer service. You will perform market surveys, support on-site marketing programs, and help strengthen resident retention.

Ideal candidates have 1 year of customer service or sales experience, a high school diploma or equivalent, and familiarity with Microsoft Office; Yardi experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; college preferred.
• 1 year of customer service or sales experience.
• Tax Credit Specialist (TCS) accreditation preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct leasing activities at the property, responding to inquiries, providing tours, and coordinating move-ins.
• Perform telephone market surveys and physical shops of competitors.
• Develop and monitor on-site marketing programs and referral initiatives for move-ins.
• Track renewals, lease expirations, and notices to vacate.
• Accurately process and report application fees, security deposits, rents and other fees.
