Job summary

The NRP Group is seeking a Leasing Specialist for its brand-new lease-up property The Radley. You will maximize occupancy by generating qualified traffic, conducting property tours, and coordinating move-ins under the Community Manager’s direction.

Responsibilities include on-site marketing, tracking renewals, and delivering exceptional customer service to residents. A fast-paced, growth-oriented environment with benefits and opportunities is offered.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; college preferred.
• 1 year of customer service or sales experience.
• Tax Credit Specialist accreditation preferred; strong computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct leasing activities at the property; respond to inquiries and provide tours.
• Coordinate move-ins and schedule appointments with prospects.
• Perform market surveys and competitor shops to inform marketing strategy.
• Develop and monitor merchant/neighborhood referral programs for move-in packets and newsletters.
• Initiate sales outreach plans including development, community management, and communications.
• Maintain closing ratios and knowledge of LIHTC program to ensure file compliance.
