Job summary

The NRP Group LLC is seeking a Leasing Specialist to maximize occupancy at our property by generating qualified traffic, giving tours, and coordinating move-ins. You will network in the local community and deliver strong customer service.

Responsibilities include on-site leasing, marketing initiatives, referral programs, and ensuring compliance with housing regulations. A High School diploma is required with preferred college experience and LIHTC familiarity.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent, college preferred, Tax Credit Specialist (TCS) accreditation preferred.
• Experience: 1-year customer service or sales experience (or relevant education)
• Technical Skills: Strong computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office, Yardi Experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Conduct leasing activities at the property, respond to inquiries, provide tours, follow up with prospects and coordinate move-ins.
• Perform telephone market surveys and shopping of competitors; suggest on-site marketing programs.
• Develop and monitor referral programs for move-ins, newsletters and resident retention.
• Initiate sales outreach for new development, community management, and internal/external communication; support.
• Recommend programs to increase qualified traffic and closing ratios; maintain scores and policies.
• Ensure LIHTC file compliance and stay updated on related guidelines.
