Job summary

NRP Group is seeking a Leasing Specialist under the direction of the Community Manager to maximize occupancy by generating qualified traffic, conducting tours of apartments and amenities, and coordinating move-ins. You will respond to inquiries, follow up with prospects, and promote resident retention through exceptional service.

Responsibilities include telephone market surveys, on-site marketing, and developing referral programs while maintaining lease administrations and future renewals.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; college preferred.
• 1 year of customer service or sales experience or relevant education.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; Yardi experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct leasing activities at the property, respond to inquiries, provide tours, and coordinate move-ins.
• Perform market surveys and compare with competitors; implement on-site marketing strategies.
• Maintain files and follow up on renewals, notices to vacate, and occupancy targets.
• Ensure compliance with Fair Housing regulations and lease procedures.
