Job summary

Greystar is seeking a Leasing Professional at our Scottsdale community to drive occupancy and revenue by leasing to new residents, renewing leases, and delivering exceptional resident satisfaction.

You will greet prospects, show apartments, process applications, coordinate move-ins, and work with maintenance to keep show units in top condition. Proficiency with OneSite/Yardi and a flexible schedule are expected; bilingual skills are a plus.

Qualifications

• Experience in leasing, screening applicants, and processing applications.
• Valid driver's license to operate golf cart on property.
• Bilingual English/Spanish skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet, qualify prospects, conduct tours, process applications, and prepare lease packages.
• Perform credit screening and background checks.
• Ensure apartments are move-in ready and coordinate with maintenance.
• Develop and implement local marketing plans to sustain occupancy.
• Track availability and leasing activities in on-site software.
• Follow up with prospects and residents to secure leases or renewals.
• Prepare lease renewal letters and packages ahead of move-out dates.
• Respond promptly to resident or owner questions and resolve issues.
