Greystar Worldwide, LLC is seeking a capable Leasing Specialist to coordinate marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies across a Garden community. You will greet prospects, conduct tours, process applications, screen credit and background checks, and prepare lease documents.

This role requires staying informed about market conditions, designing short- and long-term marketing plans, using on-site software like OneSite or Yardi, and ensuring move-in readiness while delivering exceptional resident

Qualifications

• Experience in leasing and resident relations.
• Knowledge of marketing and advertising.
• Ability to use property management software.

Responsibilities

• Performs all sales and leasing activities to achieve revenue and occupancy goals.
• Inspects apartments prior to move-in and coordinates with maintenance for ready units.
• Stays informed about market conditions and develops marketing plans to sustain occupancy.
• Designs and executes marketing activities to drive traffic to the community.
• Uses OneSite, Yardi, or similar software to track availability and leasing activity.
• Ensures show units meet company standards and prepares leasing office for daily activities.
• Follows up with prospects and residents to finalize lease decisions and renewals.
• Executes lease renewal processes and prepares renewal documents on time.
• Responds to resident and owner questions and documents requests.
