Job summary

Greystar is seeking a leasing professional for our Phoenix community to implement leasing, marketing, and renewal strategies that drive occupancy and resident satisfaction. You will greet prospects, conduct tours, process applications, screen credits, prepare leases, and coordinate move-ins, while collaborating with maintenance and on-site teams.

You will stay informed of market conditions, design annual marketing plans, and support renewal activities to maximize retention.

Qualifications

• Incumbents must have a valid driver's license to operate a golf cart on property.

Responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospects, conduct community tours and show apartments, process applications, run credit and background checks, prepare lease and move-in package.
• Ensure apartments are move-in ready, coordinate maintenance for any required items.
• Develop and implement short- and long-term marketing plans to sustain occupancy and follow policies on concessions and programs.
• Design and execute marketing activities to drive traffic, including referrals and employer outreach, using internet tools.
• Track apartment availability and leasing activities using on-site software (OneSite, Yardi) and manage resident data.
• Follow up with prospects and new residents to confirm lease decisions and renewals.
• Prepare lease renewal letters and packages, contact renewing residents ahead of move-out dates, and ensure renewals are signed on time.
• Respond promptly to resident or owner concerns and document requests to the appropriate teams.
