Greystar, a global real estate platform, is seeking a Leasing and Marketing Coordinator in Scottsdale. You will coordinate marketing, leasing and renewal activities to maximize occupancy and revenue, greet prospects, tour communities, process applications, and prepare lease documents.

You will inspect units, coordinate maintenance, track data in on-site software, and support renewal processes while ensuring resident satisfaction and timely lease signings.

Competenze

• Experience coordinating marketing, leasing and renewal strategies to hit occupancy and revenue goals.
• Strong customer service and prospecting skills for leasing to new residents.

Mansioni

• Greet and qualify prospects, conduct tours, process applications, and prepare lease documents.
• Inspect apartments prior to move-in and coordinate with maintenance for any items.
• Develop and implement marketing plans to sustain occupancy and drive traffic to the community.
• Utilize on-site software to track availability, traffic and resident data.
• Follow up with prospects and residents to ensure satisfaction and lease renewals.
• Support lease renewal process with timely letters, packages and meetings.
