Job summary

Greystar is seeking a Leasing Specialist to coordinate marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies at a Scottsdale, AZ community. You will greet prospects, conduct tours, process applications, perform credit/background checks, and prepare lease documents for move-ins.

You will also support lease renewals, track occupancy, and implement marketing plans to maximize occupancy and revenue, ensuring show units meet Greystar standards and maintaining accurate data in onsite software.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license to operate a golf cart on property.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate leasing activities and show apartments to prospects.
• Process applications, screen credit and background checks, prepare lease packages and move-in docs.
• Assist with renewals and lease renewal communications to residents.
• Support marketing plans to sustain occupancy and revenue targets.
• Maintain on-site software records for availability and traffic, and ensure show units meet quality standards.
• Follow up with prospects to convert inquiries into leases or renewals.
