Job summary

Greystar Worldwide, LLC in Scottsdale, AZ, seeks a Leasing Specialist to coordinate marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies, drive occupancy, revenue, and resident satisfaction through handling tours, applications, and move-in processes.

You will implement marketing plans, track data in property software, ensure show units meet standards, and support renewal activities while delivering outstanding service and compliance with local licenses and driving requirements; on-site schedule includes

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver's license to operate on-property vehicles.
• Experience in leasing or property management is preferred.
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Performs all sales and leasing activities to achieve revenue and occupancy goals by greeting and qualifying prospects, conducting tours, showing apartments, processing applications, credit screening, and lease signing.
• Inspects apartments prior to move-in and ensures move-in ready condition; coordinates maintenance as needed.
• Develops and implements marketing plans to sustain occupancy and follows policies on concessions and programs.
• Designs and executes marketing activities to drive traffic using Craigslist, Facebook, email, and other websites; oversees employer outreach.
• Uses on-site software (OneSite, Yardi, etc.) to track availability, traffic, and resident data.
• Ensures show units meet company standards; coordinates maintenance and upkeep; prepares leasing office for daily activities.
• Follows up with prospects and new residents to ensure satisfaction and finalize lease decisions.
• Supports lease renewal process by preparing renewal letters, contacting renewing residents, and ensuring timely signing.
