Job summary

Greystar in Scottsdale seeks a Leasing Professional to coordinate marketing, leasing, and renewal activities for a high-occupancy community. You will greet prospects, conduct tours, process applications, screen credit, prepare leases, coordinate move-ins, and ensure all lease documents are accurate and complete.

You’ll monitor market conditions, develop and execute short- and long-term marketing plans to sustain occupancy, regularly compare competitor offerings, and collaborate with maintenance

Qualifications

• Experience in leasing apartments and processing applications.
• Ability to conduct tours and close leases.
• Familiarity with on-site marketing and traffic driving.
• Knowledge of local rental market and competitors.

Responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospects, conduct tours, process applications, and sign leases.
• Inspect apartments and coordinate move-in readiness.
• Develop and implement marketing plans to sustain occupancy.
• Follow up with prospects and renewals to maximize occupancy.
• Maintain accuracy of resident data in property management systems.
• Assist with lease renewals and distribution of renewal letters.
