Job summary

The NRP Group in Anna, TX is seeking a Leasing Specialist for the brand-new Cora property. Under the Community Manager, you will maximize occupancy by generating qualified traffic, networking within the local community, scheduling appointments, securing rentals, promoting resident retention, and providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities include tours, market surveys, on-site marketing, and accurate handling of application fees, deposits, rents, and notices.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; college preferred.
• 1-year customer service or sales experience preferred.
• Reliable transportation and ability to work weekends may be required.

Responsibilities
