Job summary

The NRP Group is seeking a Leasing Specialist for our new lease-up property in Anna, TX. Under the Community Manager, you will maximize occupancy by generating qualified traffic, showing apartments, and coordinating move-ins.

You will conduct market surveys, develop on-site marketing strategies, process applications, and maintain exceptional customer service while ensuring Fair Housing and LIHTC compliance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; college preferred.
• Tax Credit Specialist accreditation preferred.
• 1 year of customer service or sales experience.
• Strong computer skills; MS Office and Yardi preferred.

Responsibilities

• Sell and market apartments to maximize occupancy.
• Conduct tours, respond to inquiries, and coordinate move-ins.
• Develop on-site marketing plans and referrals.
• Process applications, rents, deposits, and fees accurately.
• Ensure compliance with Fair Housing and LIHTC requirements.
