Job summary

The NRP Group LLC is seeking a Leasing Specialist for our brand-new lease-up property, Cora, in the United States. You will maximize occupancy by generating qualified traffic, networking in the local community, scheduling tours, and securing rentals while promoting resident retention and outstanding customer service.

Under the direction of the Community Manager, you will conduct leasing activities, perform market surveys, develop on-site marketing strategies, and support renewal processes.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent; college preferred; Tax Credit Specialist (TCS) accreditation preferred.
• Experience: 1-year customer service or sales experience (or relevant education).
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office and knowledge of Yardi preferred.
• Other Requirements: Reliable transportation for essential job functions.

Responsibilities

• Conduct all leasing activities at the property, respond to inquiries, provide tours of apartments and amenities, follow up with prospects, and coordinate move-ins.
• Perform telephone market surveys and analyze competitors; develop on-site marketing strategies.
• Maintain merchant/neighborhood referrals and communications; support move-ins and renewals; manage resident relations.
• Inspect apartments with new residents at move-in and complete paperwork; assist with renewals and notices to vacate.
• Support management with tracking renewals, lease expirations and notices; ensure compliance with Fair Housing and occupancy standards.
• Maintain curb appeal and property appearance; ensure show-ready units and model spaces.
