Job summary

NRP Group in Anna, TX is seeking a Leasing Specialist for a brand-new lease-up property, Cora. You will maximize occupancy by generating qualified traffic, networking with the local community, scheduling tours, and securing rentals while promoting resident retention and exceptional service.

You will conduct leasing activities, coordinate move-ins, and contribute to marketing efforts, ensuring show-ready units and strong customer satisfaction across each resident interaction.

Qualifications

• 1-year customer service or sales experience (or relevant education)
• Education: High school diploma or equivalent; college preferred; Tax Credit Specialist accreditation preferred

Responsibilities

• Conduct all leasing activities at the property, responding to inquiries, providing tours, following up with prospects, and coordinating move-ins.
• Perform market surveys and shop competitors to inform on-site marketing.
• Develop and monitor referral programs for move-ins, newsletters, and resident retention.
• Initiate sales outreach plans including new development, community management, internal and external communication.
• Maintain closing ratios and ensure LIHTC file compliance.
• Inspect market ready units and models each morning, keep show units ready and presentable.
