Job summary

NRP Investments seeks a Community Assistant for our brand-new lease-up property, Cora, in Texas. You will work under the Community Manager to ensure excellent customer service and manage daily property operations, with an emphasis on administrative duties and resident experience.

The role involves leasing-related tasks, handling move-ins, and maintaining compliance with property guidelines to support occupancy and revenue goals.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent. College preferred.
• Tax Credit Specialist (TCS) accreditation or LIHTC designations preferred.
• Experience in customer service or property-related duties is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service to residents and visitors.
• Assist with daily property operations and administrative tasks.
• Coordinate leasing activities, move-ins, and paperwork.
• Support Community Manager and align with property policies and procedures.
