Job summary

The NRP Group LLC is hiring a Community Assistant for our brand‑new lease up property, Cora, in Anna, TX. The role focuses on delivering excellent customer service, coordinating daily property operations, and supporting the Community Manager in their absence.

You will handle leasing activity coordination, renewals, market knowledge, and compliance with housing regulations. The position emphasizes a strong administrative component and weekday availability with some on‑call needs.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent; college preferred; LIHTC accreditation or LIHTC designations preferred.
• Experience: One-year property management experience or 4-year degree in a related field; working knowledge of tenant laws and occupancy standards.
• Technical Skills: Proficient with Microsoft Office; Yardi experience preferred.
