Job summary

Greystar in San Jose, CA is seeking a Leasing Specialist to coordinate marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies to achieve occupancy and revenue goals. You will greet prospects, show apartments, process applications, perform credit and background checks, and prepare leases.

Responsibilities

Greet and qualify prospects, conduct tours, process applications, perform credit and background checks, prepare lease and move-in package.
Inspect apartments before move-in and coordinate with maintenance for any issues.
Develop and implement short- and long-term marketing plans to sustain occupancy and revenue.
Design and execute marketing activities to drive traffic to the community using online platforms.
Use on-site property management software to track availability and leasing activities.
Ensure show units meet company standards and prepare leasing office for daily activities.
Follow up with prospects and residents to ensure satisfaction and finalize leases/renewals.
Support lease renewal process by preparing renewal letters and packages and contacting renewing residents.
