Thrive Communities is seeking a full-time Leasing Specialist to manage leasing activities, engage prospective residents, and drive occupancy across our communities. The role emphasizes sales, customer service, and strong coordination with maintenance, marketing, and property operations.

Candidates should have at least one year in customer service and leasing, basic computer skills, and a willingness to learn Yardi/OnSite systems.

Qualifications

• 1+ year in customer service.
• 1+ year sales or leasing experience.
• Basic computer skills with the ability to learn software systems.
• Prior experience in property management is a plus.
• NALP or NAAEI credential is a plus.
• Yardi/CRM and OnSite experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Leasing: generate lease paperwork, maintain approvals, train team, greet prospects, show community, ensure lease closings.
• Resident Relations: foster community, maintain positive relations, inspect property, manage move-outs and retention.
• Marketing: manage ads, monitor market conditions, contribute marketing ideas.
• Administrative: handle calls/emails, update reports, organize files, proofread leases, process move-ins/outs, manage service requests.
• General: perform additional duties as assigned by management.
