Job summary

Thrive Communities is seeking a full-time Leasing Professional for The Enclave Apartments in Seattle. The role focuses on leasing, resident relations, marketing, and administrative duties to drive occupancy and tenant satisfaction.

You will greet prospective residents, show the property, process leases, and ensure compliance with regulations. The team emphasizes exceptional service, development opportunities, and a strong community culture.

Qualifications

• 1+ year working in customer service.
• 1+ year prior sales or leasing experience.
• Basic computer skills with the ability to learn software systems.
• Familiarity with affordable housing programs such as LIHTC, MFTE, Section 8 preferred.
• Prior experience in property management or similar industry is a plus.
• NALP Certification, or other NAAEI credential, is a plus.
• Yardi/CRM experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Leasing: Generate lease paperwork and show units in line with laws and regulations; drive sales and ensure leasing team meets targets.
• Resident relations: Maintain positive relationships and manage resident retention.
• Marketing: Manage ads on Craigslist and other listing services; monitor local market trends.
• Administrative: Respond to calls and emails promptly; organize lease filings and required reports.
• General: Perform any additional duties assigned by the Leasing Manager or Regional Manager.
