Job summary

DevCo Residential Property Management in Lakewood, WA is seeking a Full-Time Leasing Professional to join our dynamic team. This role focuses on executing leasing and renewal strategies to achieve targeted occupancy and revenue while delivering outstanding service to prospective and current residents.

The position blends sales, customer service, and marketing to lease apartment homes, greet guests, and maintain accurate records.

Qualifications

Minimum 1 year of sales, customer service, or hospitality experience.
Leasing experience with multifamily properties preferred.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficient with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
High school education or equivalent required.
Must be 18 years or older and eligible to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

Engage with prospective residents via lead management software, email and phone, and follow up per policy.
Tour and lease apartment homes, guiding applicants through application, tax credit, and move-in steps.
Explain leasing documents, community rules, policies, and move-in procedures to new residents.
Assist with lease agreements, addendums, renewals, and screening processes with accuracy.
Inspect apartments before move-in and ensure readiness.
Maintain accurate data in resident management software and cloud files.
Support tax credit compliance for new move-ins and recertifications.
