Job summary

Greystar is seeking a Leasing Associate in Vienna, VA to coordinate the community’s marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies, driving occupancy and revenue goals. You will conduct tours, process applications, perform credit and background checks, prepare lease documents, and ensure a smooth move-in process.

Qualifications

• Direct leasing experience or strong sales experience in property management.
• Ability to qualify prospects, conduct tours, and process applications.

Responsibilities

• Performs all sales and leasing activities to achieve revenue and occupancy goals, including greeting prospects, tours, applications, credit checks, and lease signing.
• Inspects apartments prior to move-in and coordinates with maintenance for any issues.
• Develops and implements short- and long-term marketing plans to sustain occupancy.
• Designs and executes marketing activities to drive traffic and support referrals and outreach.
• Uses on-site management software (OneSite, Yardi) to track availability and data.
• Follows up with prospects and residents to ensure satisfaction and secure renewals.
