Qualifications

• Experience with leasing and resident move-in processes.
• Ability to conduct property tours and screen applicants.
• Strong knowledge of marketing to sustain occupancy and traffic.

Responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospects, conduct community tours and show apartments.
• Process applications, perform background and credit checks, prepare lease documents.
• Design and implement short- and long-term marketing plans to sustain occupancy.
• Drive traffic with online marketing (Craigslist, Facebook, email) and employer outreach.
• Maintain accurate data in property management software (OneSite, Yardi).
• Inspect show units and coordinate with maintenance for move-in readiness.
• Follow up with prospects and residents to ensure satisfaction and renewals.
• Prepare lease renewal letters and packets and coordinate signings on time.
• Respond promptly to resident or owner questions and concerns.
