Job summary

Greystar in Grandville, MI is seeking a leasing-focused professional to coordinate the community’s marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies, drive occupancy and revenue, and ensure resident satisfaction from move-in to renewal.

You will greet prospects, conduct tours, process applications, perform credit checks, prepare leases, and liaise with maintenance to keep show units ready; on-site role with a strong focus on customer service and results.

Qualifications

• Incumbents must have all licenses and/or certifications as required by State and Local jurisdictions.
• Valid driver’s license to operate a golf cart on property.

Responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospects, conduct tours and show apartments, process applications, perform credit and background checks, prepare leases and move-in packages, and ensure smooth move-in and lease signing.
• Inspect apartments prior to move-in and ensure readiness, coordinating with maintenance to address items.
• Monitor market conditions, develop marketing plans, and follow policies to boost occupancy.
• Design and execute marketing activities to drive traffic, including referrals, employer outreach, and internet marketing.
• Utilize on-site software (OneSite, Yardi) to track availability, traffic, leasing activities, and resident data.
• Ensure show units meet company standards and prepare leasing office for daily activities.
• Follow up with prospects and residents to secure lease renewals and satisfaction.
• Support lease renewal processes, including letters and packages for renewing residents.
