Job summary

Greystar seeks a leasing professional to drive occupancy and revenue by guiding prospects, tours, and applications, and by coordinating move-ins with maintenance and the leasing team.

You will implement marketing plans, manage show units to standard, and follow up with residents to secure renewals. On-site role requiring strong customer service and strong knowledge of leasing processes.

Responsibilities

• Performs sales and leasing activities to achieve revenue and occupancy goals by greeting and qualifying prospects, conducting tours and showing apartments, processing applications and screening.
• Prepares lease and move-in packages and ensures a smooth move-in and lease signing.
• Inspects apartments prior to move-in and coordinates with maintenance to address items.
• Develops and implements marketing plans to sustain occupancy and follows policies related to concessions and programs.
• Designs and executes marketing activities to drive traffic, including referrals, employer outreach, and internet marketing.
• Uses property management software to track availability, traffic, and resident data.
• Maintains show units to company standards and prepares the leasing office for daily activities.
• Follows up with prospects and residents to ensure satisfaction and finalize lease renewal decisions.
• Supports lease renewal by preparing renewal letters, contacting renewing residents, and ensuring documents are signed.
