Job summary

Greystar Worldwide, LLC is seeking a leasing professional to coordinate marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies across a residential community. You will drive occupancy, revenue, and resident satisfaction by leasing to new residents and renewing existing leases.

Responsibilities include greeting prospects, conducting tours, processing applications, screening, preparing leases, and ensuring smooth move-ins, while monitoring market conditions and implementing marketing plans to boost occupancy.

Qualifications

• Experience in leasing residential communities and meeting occupancy targets.
• Ability to greet, qualify prospects, conduct tours, process applications, and screen credit/background checks.
• Familiarity with on-site software and marketing tools to drive traffic and manage resident data.

Responsibilities

• Lease apartments and process applications, screenings, and move-in packages.
• Conduct property tours and respond to inquiries to maximize occupancy and revenue.
• Develop and execute marketing plans to sustain occupancy and drive traffic.
• Coordinate lease renewals and communicate with residents to ensure satisfaction.
• Ensure show units meet quality standards and coordinate with maintenance.
