Job summary

Greystar Worldwide, LLC is seeking a leasing professional to coordinate marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies across a community. You will greet prospects, give tours, process applications, screen credits, and prepare move-in documents, ensuring a smooth leasing process and high occupancy.

You will also implement marketing plans, manage data in on-site software, and coordinate with maintenance to keep show units ready.

Responsibilities

• Performs all sales and leasing activities to achieve revenue and occupancy goals by greeting and qualifying prospects
• Conducts community tours and showing apartments, processes applications, credit screening, and background checks
• Prepares lease and move-in package and ensures smooth move-in and signing
• Inspects apartments prior to move-in and coordinates any outstanding items with maintenance
• Develops and executes marketing plans to sustain occupancy and drive traffic
• Uses on-site property management software to track availability and lease activity
• Ensures show units meet quality standards and coordinates upkeep with maintenance
• Follows up with prospects and residents to ensure satisfaction and secure renewals
• Prepares lease renewal letters and packages, contacts renewing residents in advance
• Responds to resident and owner inquiries promptly and documents requests to appropriate staff
