Job summary

GRE Management is seeking a Leasing Professional to act as the community's sales representative, driving occupancy and rental rate goals through high-energy, service-oriented engagement with prospective residents.

Ideal candidates have strong communication skills, a proactive mindset, and the ability to handle confidential information while working in a fast-paced environment. The role includes marketing activities, leasing documentation, and collaboration with the Community Director.

Qualifications

• Prior customer service experience.
• Desire to learn and take initiative.
• Ability to operate confidentiality when dealing with sensitive information.
• Must be able to work at a fast pace, perform duties while under pressure and stay organized to meet deadlines in a timely manner.
• Communicate with other team members, residents, visitors, and the public in a professional and pleasant manner.

Responsibilities

• Tour the community with prospects and answer questions about amenities and neighborhood details.
• Be an expert on community features, benefits, and amenities.
• Answer calls and emails promptly.
• Walk tour path and ensure units meet GRE-M standards.
• Post Craigslist ads through Rooof as directed by Community Director.
• Process applications and manage approvals.
• Maintain Yardi dashboard and CRM queues for leads and move-ins.
• Ensure compliance with screening policies and laws.
