Job summary

GRE Management LLC is seeking a Leasing Professional to act as the community's sales representative. The role focuses on service, driving occupancy and achieving rent rate goals for assigned properties in the GRE-M portfolio.

The ideal candidate will tour with prospects, become an expert on community features, handle inquiries promptly, and manage daily Yardi dashboards and CRM queues to support move-ins and accurate leasing. A CALP is preferred, with a strong emphasis on compliance and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year of experience in GRE Management or a similar property management environment.
• Certified Apartment Leasing Professional (CALP) – preferred
• Real Estate license (if required by state regulations)
• May require a Driver's License and insurance

Responsibilities

• Generate interest in the community by touring with prospects and answering questions about amenities, local neighborhood, and community details.
• Be an expert in community features, benefits, and amenities.
• Answer incoming calls and emails promptly.
• Walk tour paths and ensure market-ready units meet GRE-M standards.
• Post Craigslist ads through Rooof as directed by the Community Director.
• Process applications and approve prospects.
• Manage daily Yardi dashboard to meet move-in timelines.
• Follow screening policies and applicable laws; provide alternative credit approval solutions as needed.
• Identify potentially fraudulent applicants.
• Generate leases accurately and timely for all applicants.
• Maintain the Yardi CRM queue and use Yardi ChatBot for lead generation and follow-ups.
• Suggest pricing, concessions, and promotions to meet Community Annual Plan goals.
• Assist with market-ready amenities and common area cleanliness.
• Establish harmonious working relationships and embody BE ONE TEAM values.
