Harbor Group Management Company is seeking a Leasing Specialist to drive occupancy at a multifamily community. You will show apartments, qualify leads, process applications, and coordinate marketing to attract residents.

Responsibilities include lease administration, move-in packages, and staying current on market trends and rental rates, with a strong emphasis on resident satisfaction and teamwork with the Property Manager.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum one year of leasing, sales, or customer service experience.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and property management software.
• Experience using social media (Facebook, Instagram, etc.).
• Excellent organizational and communication skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently or with a team.
• Customer-service oriented with professional resident interactions.
• Weekend availability may be required.
• Valid driver's license for operating golf carts if applicable.

Responsibilities

• Greet prospective residents and conduct property tours.
• Qualify leads, process rental applications, and run checks.
• Ensure units are move-in ready and coordinate with maintenance.
• Execute lease agreements and move-in packages.
• Design and implement marketing plans to drive occupancy.
• Promote the community via digital platforms and campaigns.
• Coordinate referrals and employer outreach; participate in networking.
• Maintain records using Yardi/OneSite and other PM software.
• Assist with rent collection and delinquent accounts as needed.
• Ensure leasing office is presentable and show-ready.
