Job summary

Greystar is seeking a Leasing Consultant to drive marketing, leasing, event management, and renewal activities, delivering an exceptional living experience from first tour to long-term residency.

You’ll guide prospective residents through the leasing process with professionalism, enthusiasm, and a deep understanding of the community lifestyle, while supporting planning and executing engaging events for residents.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, hospitality, or related field preferred.
• 1-3 years minimum of relevant experience in sales, marketing, internet and customer service background sufficient to resolve customer complaints and issues and complete financial records, documents, and reports.
• Demonstrated ability to read, write, and communicate effectively to comprehend and complete legal documents, sell and explain apartment features, and answer questions.
• Mathematical skills necessary to process sales conversions.

Responsibilities

• Performs all sales and leasing activities to achieve the property’s revenue and occupancy goals by greeting and qualifying prospects, conducting property tours and showing apartments, and processing applications and leases.
• Collects all pertinent information from prospective residents at move-in and records as appropriate.
• Stays informed about market conditions and collaborates with teams to develop marketing plans and goals to sustain occupancy and drive results.
• Designs and executes marketing activities and events to create traffic and drive leasing leads.
