GRE Management LLC is hiring a Leasing Professional to serve as the community's sales representative. You will tour the community with prospects, answer questions about amenities and neighborhood details, and maintain strong occupancy and rental rate goals.

The role requires high energy, strong communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of Yardi and property management best practices is a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year leasing experience.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Property management experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Tour prospects and answer questions about amenities, the neighborhood, and community details.
• Be an expert on community features, benefits and amenities.
• Answer calls and emails promptly and professionally.
• Inspect units to ensure they meet GRE-M standards and are market-ready.
• Post Craigslist ads and manage the approval process with prospects.
• Utilize Yardi CRM for follow-ups, lead management, and move-in timing.
