Asset Living is seeking a Leasing Consultant to manage leasing, marketing, and resident relations for a property. The role requires showing units, generating leads, closing leases, and handling move-in activities.

You will assist with marketing plans, market surveys, and community events while maintaining accurate leasing records and delivering excellent customer service to residents.

Formación

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
• Must understand on-site software functions and basic computer skills.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements is required.

Responsabilidades

• Greet prospective residents and tour the community; sign leases once approved.
• Show properties, close leases, and complete all leasing paperwork before move-in.
• Maintain resident relations and handle complaints with a customer-first approach.
• Assist with marketing, outreach, and market surveys to drive traffic.
• Ensure accurate leasing data and respond to inquiries within 24 hours.
• Support lease audits, unit turns, and daily administrative tasks.
