Valiant Residential is seeking a Leasing Consultant to drive leasing, retention, and occupancy with a strong customer-service mindset. You will greet prospects, assemble move-in packages, and manage lease paperwork in a fast-paced community environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in working with the public or sales.
• Strong verbal and written communication in English.
• Bilingual Spanish is a plus.
• Fair Housing Certification or willingness to obtain before interacting with residents.

Responsibilities

• Greet prospects and qualify by coverage of criteria and guest cards.
• Prepare move-in packages and lease paperwork.
• Record visits on reports and manage guest cards.
• Inspect models and communicate needs to Community Manager.
• Process applications and deposits per procedures and Fair Housing rules.
• Update availability and process applications for approval.
