Valiant Residential is seeking a Leasing Consultant to handle leasing, retention, and occupancy for the community with a strong customer service focus. You will greet prospects, prepare move-in packages, and manage applications while maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with Fair Housing.

Ideal candidates have excellent English communication skills, experience with public-facing roles, and the ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or sales interactions with the public.
• Strong verbal and written communication in English; bilingual in Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet prospects and qualify by criteria.
• Prepare move-in packages and lease paperwork.
• Record visits on reports and maintain guest cards.
• Inspect models and communicate service needs to Community Manager.
• Process applications and deposits per procedures and Fair Housing.
