Qualifications

• Two years of previous customer service experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication in English; bilingual Spanish a plus
• Fair Housing Certification or willingness to obtain
• Proficient with MS Office and property software (Yardi)
• Experience in leasing, sales, or working with the public

Responsibilities

• Greet prospects and qualify by criteria.
• Prepare move-in packages and lease paperwork.
• Record visits and maintain guest cards.
• Inspect models and communicate service needs to Community Manager.
• Process applications, credit checks, and deposits.
