Qualifications

• Experience working with the public or in sales.

• Two years of customer service experience.
• Willingness to obtain Fair Housing Certification.

Responsibilities

• Greet prospects and qualify by criteria.
• Prepare move-in packages and lease paperwork.
• Record visits and maintain guest cards and reports.
• Inspect models and communicate needs to Community Manager.
• Process applications and deposits per procedures.
• Input lease info into Yardi accurately and timely.
