Avenue5 Residential is seeking a Leasing Consultant in Montclair, CA to coordinate apartment rentals, move-ins, move-outs and renewals. You’ll interact with prospective and current residents to maximize occupancy and drive client satisfaction.

Required: high school diploma and at least one year of sales experience; residential leasing experience preferred. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and familiarity with Yardi Voyager are a plus. Competitive hourly pay and benefits offered.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Minimum of one year of previous sales experience preferred.
• One year of previous residential leasing experience preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; Yardi Voyager experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all activities related to apartment rentals, move-ins, move-outs and lease renewals.
• Interact with prospective and current residents to maximize occupancy and ensure retention and client satisfaction.
• Generate leases, prepare documentation, and complete move-in paperwork.
• Maintain accurate records of traffic and follow up with prospects via phone, mail or email.
• Assist with planning resident activities to increase retention.
