Avenue5 Residential is seeking a Leasing Consultant in Montclair, CA to coordinate rentals, move-ins, and renewals, while delivering excellent resident service.

You will interact with prospective and current residents to drive occupancy and retention, handle lease paperwork, and support maintenance coordination. A strong emphasis on customer service and organizational skills is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Minimum one year of sales experience preferred.
• One year of residential leasing experience preferred.
• Experience with Yardi Voyager preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all activities related to apartment rentals, move-ins, move-outs, and lease renewals.
• Interact with prospective and current residents to achieve maximum occupancy and retention.
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain accurate records.
• Prepare lease documentation and move-in paperwork.
• Assist with planning resident activities to boost retention.
• Complete weekly leasing reports.
