Capstone Management in Wilmer, TX is seeking a Leasing Agent to drive leasing and marketing efforts for a multifamily community. You will greet prospects, conduct tours, process applications, and coordinate credit checks to support occupancy and revenue goals.

The role requires solid leasing and sales skills, strong customer service, and the ability to coordinate with maintenance and the onsite team. Tax credit experience preferred; company offers competitive pay and benefits.

Formación

• Two years of leasing experience in multifamily housing.
• Strong sales and customer service skills.
• Team player with good communication and time management.

Responsabilidades

• Greet and qualify prospects, conduct tours, and process applications.
• Credit screening and background checks; prepare lease and move‑in package.
• Inspect apartments and coordinate maintenance for move‑in readiness.
• Develop and execute marketing plans to sustain occupancy.
• Utilize on‑site software to track availability and data.
• Follow up with prospects and residents to finalize leases.
• Support lease renewals and respond to inquiries.
• Maintain a positive image of the community and management company.
