The role emphasizes marketing initiatives, rent collection support, and maintaining up-to-date knowledge of market conditions and trends to ensure strong financial performance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum one year of leasing, sales, or customer service experience; property management preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and property management software required.

Responsibilities

• Greet and tour prospective residents, qualify leads, and process applications.
• Ensure units are move-in ready and coordinate with maintenance.
• Prepare lease documents and execute lease agreements.
• Design marketing plans to maintain occupancy and promote the community online.
• Maintain records using property management software and follow up with prospects.
• Assist with rent collection and support administrative tasks as needed.
• Work weekends if required by the property.
