Responsibilities

• Perform all sales and leasing activities to meet revenue and occupancy goals.
• Greet and qualify prospects, conduct tours, show apartments, and process applications.
• Perform credit screening and criminal background checks; prepare lease and move-in package.
• Ensure move-in readiness and coordinate with maintenance for any issues.
• Develop and implement marketing plans to sustain occupancy and drive traffic.
• Utilize on-site software to track availability and lease activity; manage resident data.
• Follow up with prospects and residents to finalize leases or renewals.
• Support lease renewals by preparing renewal letters and packages.
• Respond promptly to resident and owner inquiries and promote a positive image.
